All transportation must originate within the Towns of Goshen or Chester. We can transport you to any location within the Towns of Goshen or Chester.

RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS

​

Reservations can be called into our office at 845-294-8920 any time between 8 AM - 12PM Monday through Friday. Appointments are taken on a first call, first serve basis. There are no permanent appointments. If you want to ride the bus, you must call to make a reservation. We accept reservations up to 1 week ahead of time. Please do not call in reservations over the weekend.

SERVICE AREA

Monday – Friday: Highland Falls-Fort Montgomery-Bear Mountain Inn.

Saturday: Vails Gate area - Shop Rite, Walmart, Newburgh Mall. In order for the bus to run on Saturday there must be a minimum of 5 riders.

Reservations are required 24 hours in advance of a trip and must be made by contacting our office staff between the hours of 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM.

RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS

Bus operates on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the desired trip and may be scheduled a maximum of 14 days prior by calling the office. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 9:30 – 4:30 and Friday 9:30 – 12:00.  Same day reservations will be accepted at the discretion of the dispatcher based on availability and pick-up/drop-off location. Cancellation and changes must be made one business day prior to scheduled trip, before 4:30, by leaving a message in the designated voice mail box. There are no permanent reservations.

Monroe Dial-A-Bus providea transportation service within the Town of Monroe including the Villages of Monroe, and Harriman. We are not permitted on any private road or on private property including driveways. Most common stops are Monroe Senior Center, Shoprite, Walmart, Stop & Shop, Target and most doctors within Monroe.

RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS

Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm. You must call during these hours and speak to the dispatcher. Staff cannot schedule more than one week ahead of time. Staff will set you up with a pick up and a return (if requested). Cancellations and changes require 24 hours notice. Cancellations only can be left on the answering machine.

SERVICE AREA

Both systems operate within the Town of Montgomery and the Town of Crawford. We service the villages of Walden, Maybrook, Montgomery, the hamlet of Pine Bush and Thompson Ridge, Bullville and Searsville areas.

For information and reservations, call the Transportation Department at (845) 457-2622 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 Noon, Monday through Friday. To make a reservation on either bus please contact the office at least one day in advance of your desired ride. We are a first come, first serve response service.

Service area is the Town of Newburgh.

Reservations must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the desired trip and may be scheduled a maximum of fourteen (14) days prior to the desired trip. Please note that same day reservations will not be accepted. The bus operates on a first come, first serve basis.

We operate in the city limits of Port Jervis and travel 3 miles into the Town of Deerpark.

Monday – Friday:  8:00 am – 1:00pm Passengers must call by 12:00 noon the previous office business day to schedule. 
(If a ride is needed for Monday, they must call by 12:00 noon on Friday)

Transportation is provided to/ from locations within the Town of Wallkill, outside of the City of Middletown.

The Dial A Bus office will be open from 8:00 AM-2:00 PM for reservations beginning Monday June 8th, 2020. 
You may book a ride up to a week in advance, please call (845)692-7852 to make a reservation by phone.

Passengers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS

Calling Hours for Reservations: 8:00am to 2:00pm – Monday through Friday.

Please make reservations a minimum of 24 hours in advance up to one week prior to the day of ride.  We recommend 3-5 days notice, whenever possible. When making your reservation, keep in mind that we will pick up other people along the way and to leave yourself enough travel time for appointments. You must be ready at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time.
